Flat rates, no surprises. We ship with NZ Post and pack every cub with care.

Order placed
You'll get a confirmation email within minutes. Riley and Coco start packing.
Dispatched
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. You'll get tracking sent straight to your inbox.
Delivered
Your new best friend arrives ready for a cuddle. The hard part is over.

📦 Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day.
📍 Tracking your order
Once your cub is on the way, we'll send a tracking link by email. You can follow the journey from our warehouse to your door.
🎁 Gift orders
Sending a Snugcub as a gift? Add a note at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card from Cuddleby Cove. Prices are never shown on packing slips.
🌏 Australian customers
Snugcubs ship from New Zealand to all Australian states and territories. Import duties or taxes (if any apply at your end) are not included in the shipping cost.
Shipping questions
The things parents most often ask us.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
NZ Post will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or hold your parcel at your nearest pickup point. You can manage delivery preferences directly through your tracking link.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes — as long as we haven't dispatched yet. Email us straight away at hello@snugcubs.co.nz with your order number and the new address.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days (NZ) or 10+ business days (AU), get in touch and we'll chase it up with NZ Post on your behalf.
What if my cub arrives damaged?
We're so sorry — that should never happen. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement on us. No quibbles.
Do you ship internationally outside NZ and AU?
Not yet. We're starting with New Zealand and Australia, with more regions on the horizon. Join our waitlist to be the first to know when we ship to you.
Can I collect locally in Auckland?
Not at this stage — every Snugcub ships from our Auckland fulfilment hub. We may offer local pickup down the track.
